Menjaga lembu.

Hmm.. Ye ker?  Entah.. tak pernah pulak teman ni menjaga lembu.  Usahkan sekandang.. seekor pon teman x pernah.  Takut babe!

Tapi teman ada 2 orang anak dara... so... kalau nak prektis.. kena jaga lembu 2 kandang la ek... x pe la.. mekasih jer... memang kengkadang 2 orang anak dara ni bisa membuatkan jantungku terhenti... baru besar ni (sorang 11 thn, sorang 8 thn).. .dah memacam dugaan membesarkan 2 org anak dara nih.  Tapi kalau pk2 balik... teman dulu kekecik lagi noti kot.. hehehe.. so, setakat dorang ni apalah sangat.... bagus jugak ada pengalaman jadik noti dulu.. at least 2 org anak dara ni x leh nak ngelat ummie dia.... ewaahh!

Slalu kalau ummie marah, sendiri mau ingat la... macam pontianak menjerit... satu taman bergegar.... tapi marah x bermakna benci.. marah sebab sayang.. kalau buat x tau jer bukan sayang namanya... bak kata orang tua2 dolu2 – marah anak tangan2kan. (hmm.. marahkan suami cemana ek?  Nak tangan2kan jugak boleh? Ekekeke....).  so, jgnla buat ummie marah.  Abah nyer jarang marah.. tapi kalau sekali marah... tsunami trus seisi rumah!

Tapi so far all my kids are attached to me n my husband.  They will tell us about their problems, their friends, crushes, etc…. Anak2 dara ku itu will also talk about their baju, tudung, boys, make up.. all girls stuff with both of us…. That’s what I want and that’s what I like.  No matter how garang we are, they’ll always come back to us and we will make them understand why we marah.  They never keep in their heart.  Proud of them.

Yg lelaki plak so far masih terkawal.  Iskandar pon dah tunjuk a lot of improvement.  Dah x ‘batal’ lagi.  Amirul.. macam biasa.. manja… Danial… hmm.. manja abah sorang tu dah mula nak berdiri… tapi bila suruh berdiri malas.  Kalau dia ralit main baru la dia berdiri sendiri.  X sempat lagi nak tangkap gambar dia berdiri.  Insyaallah nanti kalau dpt akan dikongsikan bersama..

Semoga Allah sentiasa lindungi anak2ku.

Aammiiinnnn!!!

Mangsa terbaru Acid Splasher

KOMA...Khairul Zaman melecur teruk hingga paras pinggang.

“Saya difahamkan, dia memberhentikan kenderaan apabila dua lelaki mahu bertanya arah.

Niat baik tapi mudarat diri sendiri plak.  Ish ish ish... so, moral of the story nyer apa?  Don’t talk to strangers.  Ok?  Nak Tanya jalan ke… nak berkenalan ke… nak buat survey ker…. Penjara seumur hidup!  Biar reput dalam penjara tu… kalau nak lagi adil, splash balik acid kat muka dorang tuh.  PADAN MUKA!!!  Apa dorang ni dpt ek buat orang cenggini ??

Another Public Holiday.....yeay...

Webfetti.com
Additional public holiday due to overlap of Hari Raya and Merdeka holidays

KUALA LUMPUR: The government has decided to declare an additional public holiday this year in view of a possible overlap of one of two Aidilfitri public holidays with the National Day public holiday on Aug 31.

Chief Secretary to the Government Tan Sri Mohd Sidek Hassan said Tuesday the date of the additional public holiday would be subject to the setting of the Aidilfitri dates by the Conference of Rulers.

If the first day of Aidilfitri fell on Tuesday Aug 30 and the second day coincided with National Day on Wednesday Aug 31, then Thursday Sept 1 would be declared as the additional public holiday, he said in a statement.

If the first day of Aidilfitri fell on Wednesday Aug 31 and coincided with National Day and the second day fell on Thursday Sept 1, then Friday Sept 2 would be declared as the additional public holiday, he added.
Mohd Sidek said the additional public holiday for peninsular Malaysia and the Federal Territory of Labuan was gazetted under section 8 of the Holidays Act 1951.

"The state governments of Sabah and Sarawak are in the process of gazetting the additional public holiday under section 9 of the Holidays Ordinance of Sabah and section 5 of the Public Holidays Ordinance of Sarawak, respectively," he said.

Mohd Sidek said it was hoped that the announcement would avoid confusion among the people over those public holidays and facilitate early preparations to celebrate Aidilfitri and National Day. - Bernama

EXPERT ADVISES PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES OVER ACID ATTACKS

Some Advices  from the expert.... Cer baca...cer baca..... Tq..

KUALA LUMPUR, May 24 (Bernama) -- The spate of acid splashing incidents in the Klang Valley is keeping frightened people, especially women, indoors most of the time, but they do not have to restrict their movement, says a chemical expert.

Prof Dr Zainudin Arifin of the University of Malaya said they should continue to go out and go to work, but must take precautionary measures to lessen the damage from these acid attacks, 23 so far since March.

The advice from Dr Zainudin, who is with the Department of Chemistry in the Faculty of Science of the university, is for women to carry a bottle of water in their handbag.  The chemist said they must use the water to immediately wash off the acid on their body as water is known to be able to dilute the chemical and prevent serious corrosion and permanent disfigurement of the skin.  "Clean that part of the body fast and wash off the acid with as much water as possible because timing is very critical here. The longer you delay cleaning it, the more serious will be the damage and the scarring.

ACID-PRECAUTION 2 KUALA LUMPUR
"Get a lot of water and stay under water for at least 15 minutes, preferably 30 minutes, and then change your clothes and only after that should you go and seek medical attention," he told Bernama.

If sodium bicarbonate (baking powder) was available, he said, the victims could also mix it with the water and apply on the affected area to neutralise the acid''s effects.

"In the worst-case scenario, where no water is available, wipe the affected area clean as much as possible," he added.  He also suggested that women wear protective gear, such as big sunglasses.

Dr Zainudin said he believed that the substance used in the attacks was diluted acid, and added that four types of acid were normally available in themarket, namely formic acid, hydrochloric acid, sulphuric acid and nitric acid.

ACID-PRECAUTION 3 (LAST) KUALA LUMPUR
He said a proposal for the government to control the sale of acids in the market would not work and would not solve the problem.

Women, Family and Community Development Minister Datuk Seri Shahrizat Abdul Jalil had reportedly said that she would recommend to the Cabinet to restrict the sale of acids in view of the incidents.  "If someone drowns, can we ban everybody from swimming?" asked Dr Zainudin.  He said acids were important substances for many industries, particularly in the manufacturing and agricultural sectors.  Acids were widely available in hardware stores and were used especially for cleaning purposes, he added.  "One of the most basic uses of acids is as a very highly effective agent for removing dirt. As an industrial country, we use a lot of acids, especially sulphuric acid, which also happens to be the most highly produced and a highly corrosive type," said Dr Zainudin.

Sexual Harrassment

In the office, we were talking something about sexual harrassment.  Then one of our employment lawyers told us about a woman who was fired becoz she's tooo hot n beautiful.  She was a banker and all her men colleagues cannot work / concentrate on their work becoz her presence / appearance was really distracting.  So, she was fired.

To men:  She's harrassing them sexually;
To her:  Unfair dismissal

So, this lady sued the company.  This happened last year in June.

So, we googled her and found this article about her case.... for your reading pleasure.... =)

Woman Sues Bank For Being Fired For Being Too Good Looking

Everything about Debrahlee Lorenzana is hot. Even her name sizzles. At five-foot-six and 125 pounds, with soft eyes and flawless bronze skin, she is J.Lo curves meets Jessica Simpson rack meets Audrey Hepburn elegance—a head-turning beauty.

In many ways, the story of her life has been about getting attention from men—both the wanted and the unwanted kind. But when she got fired last summer from her job as a banker at a Citibank branch in Midtown—her bosses cited her work performance—she got even hotter. She sued Citigroup, claiming that she was fired solely because her bosses thought she was too hot.

This is the way Debbie Lorenzana tells it: Her bosses told her they couldn't concentrate on their work because her appearance was too distracting. They ordered her to stop wearing turtlenecks. She was also forbidden to wear pencil skirts, three-inch heels, or fitted business suits. Lorenzana, a 33-year-old single mom, pointed out female colleagues whose clothing was far more revealing than hers: "They said their body shapes were different from mine, and I drew too much attention," she says.
As Lorenzana's lawsuit puts it, her bosses told her that "as a result of the shape of her figure, such clothes were purportedly 'too distracting' for her male colleagues and supervisors to bear."

"Men are kind of drawn to her," says Tanisha Ritter, a friend and former colleague who also works as a banker and praises Lorenzana's work habits. "I've seen men turn into complete idiots around her. But it's not her fault that they act this way, and it shouldn't be her problem."

Because Citibank made Lorenzana sign a mandatory-arbitration clause as a condition of her employment, the case will never end up before a jury or judge. An arbitrator will decide. Citibank officials won't comment on the suit.

Her attorney, Jack Tuckner, who calls himself a "sex-positive" women's-rights lawyer, is the first one to say his client is a babe. But so what? For him, it all boils down to self-control. "It's like saying," Tuckner argues, "that we can't think anymore 'cause our penises are standing up—and we cannot think about you except in a sexual manner—and we can't look at you without wanting to have sexual intercourse with you. And it's up to you, gorgeous woman, to lessen your appeal so that we can focus!"

This isn't your typical sexual-harassment lawsuit, if there is such a thing. For one thing, such suits often claim that women are coerced into looking more sexy or are subjected to being pawed. Lorenzana claims that her bosses basically told her she was just too attractive. And when she raised hell and refused to do anything about it—as if there was anything she really could do about it—she lost her job.

Debbie Lorenzana—whose mother is Puerto Rican and father is Italian—came to New York from Puerto Rico 12 years ago. She was 21 and pregnant, and had a degree as an emergency medical technician from a technical college in Manatí, a small city on the northern coast. The father, she says, didn't want to have anything to do with her or the baby. So she moved back to the States, where she had lived in her mid-teens (pinballing between relatives' houses and group homes), and took care of her elderly grandparents in Connecticut. After her son was born, she moved to Queens to stay with a friend. Then she got her first job in finance: working as a sales representative at the Municipal Credit Union, in 2002. She moved to Jersey City and worked long hours. She was successful.

In April 2003, the Municipal Credit Union named her its sales rep of the month. On the other hand, she says, a manager once called her into his office to ask her opinion of a photograph. The picture he called up on his computer was of his penis. She complained about the incident. In her June 2003 resignation letter—written just two months after she was honored as a top employee—she wrote, "Due to the complaint I made regarding sexual harassment, my work environment has become hostile, painful, and unbearable."

She moved on to other jobs in the financial-services industry. After a stint selling health insurance to immigrants at Metropolitan Hospital in Queens, the hospital cited her in November 2003 for "providing world-class customer service" and for being the number one enroller in the office.

In August 2006, the district managers at Bank of America gave her a Customer Higher Standards Award on diploma paper, on which they wrote: "Debrahlee: You deserve to be recognized for going above and beyond."

She says she loved to work, and eventually was earning close to $70,000 a year. "My ex-boyfriend says it's my Spic pride," she says. "As long as I have two hands and two legs, and can still walk, I will always work, so my son will have a roof over his head and food."

And she will be well-dressed. Lorenzana is, by her own admission, a shopaholic. She shops for her work clothes at Zara, but when she has money, she says, she spends it on designer clothes. She has five closets full of Burberry, Hermès, Louis Vuitton, and Roberto Cavalli. In her son's closet, there's a row of tiny Lacoste, Dolce & Gabbana, and Ralph Lauren T-shirts. She says her love of fine clothes is a result of her growing up poor—she recalls running a high school marathon barefoot because she couldn't afford sneakers.
